install.php not loading?

Check your public_html folder. The BioScript ZIP must be extracted directly there, not in a subfolder. Clear your browser cache and try accessing the URL in an incognito window.

License activation failed?

Make sure you copy the license key exactly as provided, with no extra spaces at the beginning or end. Double-check your domain spelling in the reseller panel. If issues persist, generate a fresh key carefully.

Dashboard blank page?

Ensure your hosting is running PHP version 7.4 or higher. Check your hosting error logs for any specific server-side errors. If the issue remains, contact our support team with a screenshot of the page.
